How we work

1. Contact

The first and most important step is a phone call or filling out the form.
Already at this stage we collect basic information and after the conversation we provide an approximate price for the service.

2. Quote

Depending on the scope of the job:

• sometimes an on-site inspection is necessary,

• and sometimes a phone quote is sufficient.

Everything is negotiable and tailored to the specific situation.
If an inspection is needed, we arrange a convenient arrival time.

3. Agreeing the details

After the inspection:

• we provide the final quote,

• we agree on the completion date for the job.

If an inspection is not needed, the amount and date are agreed by phone.

4. Job execution

We arrive at the agreed time and take everything that is to be removed from the apartment.
Waste, trash and bulky items are disposed of legally at the PSZOK or in accordance with applicable regulations.

During the job:

• the client may be present on site,

• or leave us free rein to work.

The decision belongs to the client.
